Even the cartoon world knows how important a healthy, active lifestyle is - especially in children.
Dreamworks Animations SKG, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the Advertising Council joined up to create a series of new Public Service Announcements to encourage children to go out and play.
Among the new ads is this 30-second clip of all your favorite Shrek stars encouraging youngsters to get away from the TV, get off the couch, and go out to play.
