Body Motion's Nordic Club

It is so nice to see people getting out and enjoying the outdoors.  A great way to do this is with this group of Nordic Walkers!  What a great way to get some exercise, fresh air and socialize.  Nordic walking is a fantastic way to stay in shape.  By adding the poles to your walking you will increase your heart rate, naturally correct your posture, burn more calories, and tone your arms and shoulders.  90% of muscles are working when Nordic walking as well as taking off at least 26% of impact on your lower joints.
 
Nordic walking is for everyone this is like changing walking into 4 wheel drive.  Body Motion’s Nordic walking club meets on a regular basis to walk and talk and week end walks we add a coffee stop.
