Indoor Activity for Youth

  • Weight Lifting - Weight lifting, under supervision of a qualified adult, can improve strength and  help prevent sports injuries  
  • Laser Tag – Running away from the other players will work your heart, lungs and legs. (Not to mention the dodging and hiding will work all your muscles!)
