• Go to a Concert If you’re into music, check to see if a band you like is coming to town.  A lot of bands do all-ages shows which means you can go without having to be 18.  Moshing is a popular way for people to get down at concerts – just be careful if you do and make sure you drink lots of water.  Moshing and dancing will get your heart pumping.
  • Leisure Center Looking for something a little more exciting than a normal swimming pool?  Go to a leisure center and try out a wave pool – you’ll get all of the same aerobic and muscular benefits of swimming as well as some extra challenge from the waves.  Leisure centers in Calgary also have waterslides and many other activities you can check out.  http://content.calgary.ca/CCA/City+Hall/Business+Units/Recreation/Facilities/Leisure+Centres/index.htm
