- March on the spot, do sit-ups, or stretch your muscles during the commercials of your favourite television show.
- Do a physical activity routine with instructors on TV teaching yoga or aerobics.
- Turn up your favourite CD and dance around the living room!
- While talking on the phone walk around, or do leg lifts while sitting.
- Over exaggerate your movements: Stretch when looking or reaching in high places, squat when picking up or looking for something low.
