- Tobogganing / Crazy Carpets – Pulling your toboggan up the hill will work your heart, lungs and legs, and then you have the pleasure of sledding down!
- Snow fort – Use your arms to pack and move snow until you have created your own igloo. Variation: Use milk cartons filled with water to create ice blocks for use in the construction. (Food coloring can be added for color!)
- Snow angels- Great all over workout! How many can you do in a minute?
- Snow men – Another great all over workout as you’ll be bending and lifting and rolling snow.
- Skiing / Snowboarding – Great way to get all your muscles working, and we live so close to the mountains/ COP !
- Snowshoeing – Not as well known as skiing or snowboarding, this novel activity will get your whole body moving!
