- Hopscotch – Throwing the rock will work your arms and hoping on one foot will challenge your balance.
- Tag – Try a new variation such as Cow-tipping tag (where you must crawl on all fours and "moo" when you get tagged until another player comes around and lightly tips you over). Great all over workout, especially your heart and lungs!
- Skipping – Have a contest to see who can skip the longest, or try learning some tricks (ie: crossing your arms). Take part in Jump Rope for Heart and help raise awareness about how important exercise is! Click here for more information!
- Mission Impossible – Create a course that you must try to follow (ie: you cannot touch any metal on the jungle gym). Try to use all your muscles in the course that you pick.
- Climbing on the Jungle Gym – Great stretching and working out your arms.
- Simon Says – Lots of Bending and stretching is involved, so this is great for your whole body.
- Hanging Contest – Test your arm muscles and have a hanging contest on the monkey bars.
- Swing on the Swings – Use those leg muscles, who can pump the highest?
